Phoenix Technology Solutions was founded in 2023 with a focus on security and zero-trust. With a zero-trust approach, we never trust, but always verify. We never assume anything is safe. This approach enhances security, protects sensitive data, and mitigate cyber risk.

Phoenix Technology Solutions was built under the framework of our 3 core values: Accountability, Honesty, and Integrity. Our clients are treated with the same honesty and respect as our own families. The best prevention is cyber attacks is education. Our goal is to educate each of our users so they are aware of what signs to look for when it comes to different types of cyber attacks including phising, malware, and insider threats.

Michael has almost two decades of IT experience working for several managed service providers (MSPs) and also as organizational internal IT administrator. He has a strong background in infrastructure design/maintenance and security. Michael founded the company on its core values after managing multiple clients and learning what they value the most from their teams. Michael wanted to provide an honest experience for each user that was built around accountability and training. Michael is a firm believer in “paying in forward” and that educating each user is the number 1 method to preventing cyber security attacks. In Michael’s private time, he can be found working on several of his hobbies including, repairing vehicles, strength training, and staying informed on everything to do with evolving technology to bring the best options available for each user.
